AIF is a SEBI regulated privately pooled investment vehicle which collects funds from sophisticated investors, Indian or Foreign, for investing it in accordance with a defined Investment policy for the benefit of its investors. Axis Trustee provides Trustee services to various AIFs and our offerings include:-

• Executing and Registering Indenture of Trust
• Arranging PAN/TAN, opening of bank account etc
• Facilitating AIF registration with SEBI
• Executing Investment Management Agreement and vetting private placement memorandum
• Vetting and executing Contribution Agreement (amongst Investment manager, investors & Trustee)
• Overseeing functioning of the Trust including appointment of Auditors, attending to investors’ grievances, signing of financials, filing IT return etc
• Obtaining compliance certificate on fund operations from Investment Manager in line with SEBI guidelines.
