In India, Debenture Trustees are regulated under SEBI (Debenture Trustees) Regulations, 1993. Debenture Trustee is appointed for listed / unlisted public / privately placed, Secured / Unsecured Debenture issued.

• Facilitating transaction documentation and submission of due diligence certificate for listing of securities where applicable Creation and holding of security including safe custody of transaction documents
