Sudipto Nag is the President & Head – Retail Portfolio Management Group at Axis Bank. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Systems and brings over two decades of rich experience in the banking industry.
At Axis Bank, he leads strategic initiatives across the retail asset portfolio, with a strong focus on leveraging data, AI, and digital technologies to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance.
Prior to this, Sudipto had a distinguished 23-year tenure at ICICI Bank, where he spearheaded several large-scale transformation programs across debt servicing, credit policy, and sales processes spanning retail, rural, and SME segments.
A transformation-focused leader, Sudipto is known for combining strategic vision with execution excellence, consistently building scalable, analytics-driven solutions that set benchmarks in modern retail banking.
