Securitisation Trustee for Unlisted Securities

Axis Trustee acts as Trustee for securitisation where unlisted securities — such as Security Receipts (SRs) are issued. We constitute and manage the trust structure, oversee transaction compliance, monitor servicer performance, and protect investor interests throughout the lifecycle of the transaction.

Our Services include:

• Constituting and administering the SPV trust, opening/operating designated accounts, and managing compliance with transaction documents
• Holding and preserving receivables/security interest on behalf of investors and ensuring proper assignment and perfection
• Monitoring servicer performance, including collections, reconciliations, delinquencies, credit enhancement usage, and trigger adherence
• Validating cash?flow waterfall and ensuring correct payout to investors as per priority of payments
• Preparing and circulating investor/arranger reports
• Acting on Events of Default, coordinating investor communication, and initiating enforcement actions where required
