Security Agent in IFSC GIFT City

Axis Trustee acts as Security Agent for lending transactions structured within the IFSC ecosystem at GIFT City. In this role, we hold security on behalf of lenders, ensures ongoing monitoring, and initiates enforcement actions in case of default — providing a unified, regulated framework for cross?border and domestic lending structures.

Our Services include:

• Acting as the appointed Security Agent for and on behalf of lenders
• Holding and preserving all forms of security created in favour of Axis Trustee
• Facilitating creation, perfection, and registration of security as per IFSC norms
• Monitoring ongoing obligations of the borrower
• Taking steps to protect and maintain the security throughout the facility tenure
• Enforcing security and coordinating recovery actions in case of borrower default
