A Facility Agent acts as the primary interface between lenders and the borrower for syndicated or bilateral lending arrangements. As a Facility Agent, we ensure smooth coordination, information dissemination, and compliance monitoring throughout the lifecycle of the credit facility.

Our Services include:

• Acting on behalf of lenders to coordinate all communication with the borrower
• Monitoring fulfilment of pre?execution and post?execution conditions
• Ensuring compliance with financial and operational covenants
• Collecting, reviewing, and disseminating reports, financial statements, and compliance certificates
• Tracking repayment schedules, drawdowns, and facility utilisations
• Managing events of default and ensuring appropriate escalation to lenders
