A Lender’s Agent represents the interests of lenders in large and high?value financing transactions. Axis Trustee acts on behalf of lenders to ensure adherence to financing documents, coordinate communication, and facilitate smooth execution of lender?related obligations.

Our Services include:

• Acting as the appointed agent under the Lender’s Agent Agreement
• Performing duties and obligations defined under the financing documents
• Coordinating communication among lenders, borrowers, arrangers, and advisors
• Monitoring compliance with financial covenants and reporting timelines
• Assisting with documentation, waiver requests, and information dissemination
  • Managing lenders’ instructions in case of amendments or events of default
