ATSL inter-alia offers services such as Debenture Trustee for listed debentures, REIT Trustee, InvIT Trustee, AIF Trustee, Securitization Trustee for listed securities which fall under SEBI’s Regulatory framework.

However, ATSL also offers below mentioned services and the same are not regulated by SEBI. Accordingly, none of the SEBI investor protection mechanisms will be available for any grievances or disputes arising out of or pertaining to such below mentioned activities.
